Monthly Engagements

Members are invited to join our monthly online ‘Engagements’ intended to connect, inspire, and keep us actively and consciously engaged in our lives.

Taking time to regularly pause, reflect, and check in with others can be transformative. It inspires greater attentiveness and self-awareness, fosters authentic living, deepens connections, and nurtures a stronger sense of purpose

Agenda

Start

Opening guided meditation. 

At 10 minutes

Welcome & "Concepts to Contemplate" - a brief presentation and exploration of a personal growth-related topic, followed by a review of one of the website tools.

At 25 Minutes

Prep/overview for breakout groups. Or you can optionally exit at this point - the next sharing segment is entirely optional.

At 30 Minutes

Breakout groups of 3-4 people. Each person will have approximately 5 minutes to share their experiences, observations, and insights from the past month as they strive to be more present, aware, and consciously engaged in daily living. Feel free to share whatever inspires or resonates for you. Here are some suggestions:

  • Provide a brief introduction: your first name, where you live, 2-3 activities or passions that you dedicate much of your time and energy to.
     

  • Over the past month, what opportunities have arisen, what challenges have you faced, what successes have you celebrated, what obstacles have stood in your path, what progress have you made, and what setbacks have you encountered? How did you approach, navigate, or bring awareness to these experiences?

  • What thought patterns have you observed? And what insights and lessons have you gained?

  • How present have you been? Has the frequency of present moments increased/decreased?

  • What, if any, life tools or practices have you been using and how have they worked for you?

  • Optionally share any intentions you have for the coming month.

If a person's sharing is complete and they have time left in their allotted time, they can choose to open it up to others for any questions or feedback.

 

If all are complete with sharing, then with any remaining time, open discussion and/or discuss today's "Concepts for Contemplation' topic. ​

At 50 minutes

Wrap up and optional sharing with the entire group, followed by a short closing meditation to radiate positive energy to ourselves, others, and our planet.

At 60 minutes
